Fully-subsidized workforce mentorships
Fully-subsidized mentorships.
EducateWright and SolutionWright are opening fully-subsidized workforce mentorships. The $5 million internship grant covers the host's cost of the seat, so hands-on mentorship and real work reach people who would otherwise be shut out. It is not a salaried job.
The mentorship is fully subsidized. We say it plainly so no one has to guess: this is not a salaried job, so you are not paid a wage, and you are not asked to pay for the seat either. The grant carries the cost of hosting you.
Two tracks
Pick the world you want to learn in.
SolutionWright track
Sit inside the build. Watch hard problems worked in the open, with receipts, and learn the orchestration discipline that makes it repeatable.
EducateWright track
Sit inside the mission. Outreach, education, and the long work of teaching people to teach again, alongside the people already doing it.
